  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 working days

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

Refund time can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, you may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to product availability).
Replacements will be shipped only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Refunds for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Non-acceptance of delivery
