3. Non-Returnable Products

5. Return Pickup & Inspection

  • After your request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item.

  • Approval for refund or replacement will depend on the inspection results.


6. Refund/Replacement

You can choose one of the following after the return is approved:

A new product will be shipped (subject to stock availability).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:

  • UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 3–5 working days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 working days

  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI


7. Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Non-acceptance of the parcel

Return shipping charges may apply, and refunds may be adjusted accordingly.
