1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a) Before Order is Shipped

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

b) After Order is Shipped

Once the order is dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.

2. Order Cancellation by Shree Ganesh Enterprises

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment issues or incomplete transaction

  • Suspicious or high-risk orders

  • Unserviceable delivery location

If your order is canceled by us, we will notify you and initiate a 100% refund.

3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds to UPI, Wallets, or Net Banking: 3–5 working days

  • Refunds to Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 working days

  • Refunds to Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable): Issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation

Refund time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

Some products cannot be cancelled after order confirmation:

  • Open-box products

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

  • Personalized or special-order items
